Dough Making-Take the Dough maker or a bowl and add the Wheat flour to it-Then add Protein powder it is optional-Add the water accordingly and then make the dough.
Stuffing-In a bowl add 2 cups chopped Gobi-To it add 1 Green chilli chopped, 1 cup Cilantro, 2 tbsp Onion chopped, 1 tsp Salt-Add all these ingredients to make the stuffing 1 tsp Ajwain, 1 tsp Jeera, 1 tsp Coriander powder,1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder-Then add 1 tsp Black salt optional, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Paratha Making-Take the dough and make a dough ball out of it and then make a flat circle -In the circle add the stuffing -Preheat the pan and on it add the paratha -To it add the oil or butter -Bake the paratha for 4-5 min-It is ready to serve with curd or chutney.
