STEP 1: Take one cup of Quinoa and cook it as per the instructions on the packet. You can even cook according to your preferred method. (1 Cup of Uncooked Quinoa = approximately 3 Cups of Cooked Quinoa)
STEP 2: Now, add the cooked Quinoa to your salad bowl. To this, add sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded romaine lettuce, sliced yellow bell pepper, green olives, and sliced avocado.
STEP 3: Toss all the ingredients together with your wooden spatulas.
STEP 4: Squeeze half a lemon and put in some chopped chives. Mix it well.
STEP 5: Add sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, and crushed garlic to a mixing bowl to prepare the salad dressing.
STEP 6: Pour it over your Quinoa Salad and mix nicely.
STEP 7: At last, garnish the salad by adding some fresh lime and sliced avocado. Don’t forget to sprinkle some oregano.
