Take canned chickpeas, soy sauce, and tomato paste into a food processor. Grind it properly.
Transfer it into a bowl and add crushed walnuts to it.
Now, add vegan mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, cooked couscous, and vital wheat gluten into the mixing bowl.
Mix it well and then use your hands to knead it for about 10-15 minutes.
Once it’s done properly, divide it into four sections and make round balls from them.
Then pat them down into a round cutter to give it a nice flat patty shape.
Steps for Cooking-
Add olive oil to a frying pan then place your vegan burger patties on it. Brush vegan barbecue sauce onto the top of the patties and fry them for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
Flip them over and do the same on the other side.
Vegan Burger Dressing-
Serve your Vegan Hamburgers with lettuce at the base, followed by sliced tomato, cucumber pickles, veggie patty, vegan thousand island dressing (or any sauce you like), avocado slices, and onion.
Your delicious, full-filling, and healthy burger is now ready to eat!
