INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Cabbage chopped
Garlic crushed
Ginger crushed
Green chili chopped
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Flour
Sesame oil
Onion chopped
Green Bell Pepper
Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Chili Sauce
Green Chili Sauce
Vinegar
Tomato Ketchup
Cornstarch Slurry
Spring Onions

To make gobi Manchurian we’ll take grated cabbage. To this, we will be adding chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, salt, black pepper powder, and flour(all-purpose flour).

Squeeze it and mix it all together nicely in the shape of the dough and let it sit for a while.

Fry them until they turn crispy and golden brown in color.

Add sesame oil, crushed garlic, chopped onion, crushed garlic, green bell peppers, and salt. Mix it all together.

Time to add our sauces( Soya sauce, Dark soy, Chili sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Mix it all nicely.

Let’s add our cornstarch slurry, cabbage water, black pepper powder, some spring onions, and cilantro. Add water for gravy and let it boil.

Adding our balls let’s bring it to a boil and it’s done.

Our Veg Manchurian gravy is ready to enjoy. Serve it hot with fried rice, plain rice & noodles.
