INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Garlic & Ginger
Carrot & Beetroot
Salt to taste & Jeera Powder
Black pepper a pinch
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Take a deep pan on medium heat add butter, bay leaf, black peppercorn, crushed garlic, ginger and sauté it for a minute.
Add sliced onions and beet root, sauté it lightly for 2 minutes.
Add the diced chopped carrot, coriander stems and Kashmiri red chilli powder, sauté it for 2 minutes.
Now Add the tomatoes, salt to taste and jeera powder and mix it well on low flame.
After tomatoes have cooked well and make sure you mash them with spoon while you stirring.
Add hot water and cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame and bring it to a boil.
Now, add black pepper a pinch and lemon juice, mix well, cook for 5 minutes and bring the soup to a boil.
