INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Milk (if desired)
Fresh Chopped Parsley (optional to garnish)
Fresh Shredded Prmesan Cheese (optional)
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubes. Place sweet potatoes in a pot & cover with water. Season with salt .
Now Heat a Pan on medium low and bring to a boil about 15 minutes until fork tender.
Drain cooked potatoes, add in the butter, sour cream, garlic, remaining salt and parmesan.
Mash with a potato masher until smooth
Now , adding milk if desired for a smoother mash. Mix it well.
Our Mashed Sweet Potatoes is ready & Garnish with parsley & serve with butter.
