INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Sugar
Milk
Ghee To Fry
Almond and Pistachio chopped for garnishing
Water
Take a Pan Add milk to boil on low flame.

when the cream become a firm layer on top, push it to the edge of the pan.

Remove it and place it on plate. Keep on repeating this and placing the collected cream on top.

Place the Cream into square block shape. and cut it into small sqares shape.
04.
Take a Pan/kadhi add ghee and fry them until golden in ghee. keep doing this on medium flame.

Remove them from ghee and add them to the syrup. Let them soak for 15 minutes.

Our Shor bhaja recipe is ready to eat & garnish with Almond and pistachio.
