INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTA
Potato (boiled & mashed)
Paneer / cottage cheese (grated)
Besan
Red chilli powder
Cashew chopped
salt
Turmeric
Garam masala
Corn flour
Oil
INGREDIENTS FOR CURRY
Bay leaf
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Jeera
Onion chopped
Tomato pulp
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric
Coriander powder & Garam masala
Yogurt
Cashew paste
Dry fenugreek leaves
Take a large mixing bowl take grated paneer & boiled mashed potato.

Then ,Also add Vegetables, chilli flakes, oregano , lemon juice, aamchur powder & purpose flour.

Pinch a small ball sized dough and prepare a round ball without any cracks

Deep fry in hot oil for 10 minutes.

Now Take a large kadai heat oil add ginger, garlic, onion , cashews & tomato.

Put it in a blending jar & make a thick paste.

Now in a large pan heat oil and saute bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom & jeera.

Then add blender paste in a pan. then add garam masala powder & Salt. Mix it well. Cook it for 3 Min on low medium flame. Stir it well. Add Fresh Cream & mix it well.

Add Paneer Balls. Gently Mix it. Our Panner koftas recipe ready to serve with rice and Roti.
