Samak rice is a favorite dish of Hindus during Navratri. This special rice is made with long grain white rice. So, Don't Waste time move forward let's check it out the recipe

3/4 cup Samak Rice 1-2 cups of water green chillies chopped ginger chopped potato (Boiled) 2 tbsp peanuts 1 tbsp cashews 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1.5 tbsp Ghee Salt to taste Coriander to garnish

Cook Time: 20 Min

Then add the green chilly, potato

Soak the Samak Rice for at least 20 - 30minutes.

Take a Pan & add a ghee shallow fry the peanuts

In the same pan, add cumin seeds. add chopped ginger and saute

Garnish with the cashews and coriander.

Add the peanuts & Samak Rice

Now add 2 cups of water & salt to taste.Let's cook or 7-8 minutes

Add half of the cashews let it sit for 10 minutes.
