Coconut Ladoos


Ingredients - Ghee, Coconut, (freshly grated), water , desiccated coconut for coating  and strawberry-flavored syrup


In a pan, heat ghee. add freshly grated coconut and strawberry syrup & water. cook till it leaves the sides. Shape them into ladoos and cover them with the dried-up coconut.


Ingredients - soaked quinoa, ghee, curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric, water & Salt to taste

Quinoa Khichadi


Heat a cooker, Add all ingredients. Carry it to the bubble. Add quinoa and cover the cooker. Cook it for 10 minutes. Serve hot with curd.

Ingredients - Coconut Milk, Mango Cubes (or any other fruit) and Honey (more if choosing a tart fruit)

Mango Ice Cream

In a blender, mix the milk and mango till it is smooth. Move to a bowl and freeze the mixture.  Mix this blend 3 times. Freeze the cream. Enjoy it the next day.
