Mushrooms on Toast Recipe

Ingredients for Making Mushroom toast

– 8 ounces of mushrooms

– 1/2 avocado mashed

– cream cheese

– 2 bread slices

– olive oil

– black pepper

– salt

– 1/2 lemon

– Tomato


Take slices of bread add olive oil and Italian herbs on the top and let the pieces of bread toast until crispy.


Meanwhile take a pan add olive oil and let it warm a little then we will add our mushrooms. Sautee them nicely.


As the mushroom starts changing color add salt to it and let them cook, add black pepper to it, and mix it until the mushroom dries up.


Add lemon for that extra flavor and tanginess. Give them a little mix and our mushrooms are ready.


Now for our first toast grab your bread apply a nice layer of avocado on the top and will follow up by adding mushrooms on top of it.


Now for the next one we’ll add a layer of cream cheese on this let’s add tomatoes(optional) following up with a layer of mushrooms on the top
