INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
1 cup atta or whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of almond flour(optional)
3/4 cup of jaggery powder or powdered sugar
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 tsp of cardamom powder & 2 tbsp. butter
Take a pan and keep it on low medium heat add butter to it and let it nicely melt.
As soon as our butter melts we’ll add flour, now mix and let it roast properly until it’s nice aromatic and turns golden brown.
Add a few tbsp. of butter and start mixing the flour until it turns soft in texture and starts releasing butter.
Time to add almond flour to our roasted flour and mix them together until it blends and gets roasted with the flour.
Let the mixture aside and let it cool down a little then will add jaggery and cardamom powder to it. Mix it very nicely.
Now to make the ladoos take a handful of the mixture into your hand and start pressing it really nice
And tightly so that the mixture binds together into the shape of a ball.
