INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Black & Green Cardamom
Red Chilly Paste
Ginger & fennel Powder
Take baby potatoes and fork them nicely from all sides to cook them properly.
Put them aside in salt water for a while to release their moisture.
Now throw out the excess water and dry them out. And Deep fry the baby potatoes in a pan until they turn golden and crispy.
Now for the next step, these are the ingredients we need yogurt, spices, and in Kashmiri red chili powder add some water and give it a mix making it a paste.
Preheat a pan add oil to it add spices slowly and let them release their flavors nicely to it and add water and let it boil.
Once it starts to bubble & then time to add our baby Potatoes and let them boil.
Our Kashmiri Dum Aloo is ready. Serve with Rice & chaptti.
