Cauliflower Potatoes Onion Turmeric Coriander powder Cumin seeds Garam masala Red chili powder Oil Garlic clove Ginger

3 cups chopped   1 1/2 diced  1/2  1 tsp  1 tsp 1 tsp  1 tsp 1 tsp 2 tbsp  1 garlic clove 1/2 

Steps for making it

Take a bowl add cauliflower to it add boiling hot water to clean and for better texture

Take another bowl and add potatoes to it add boiling hot water to remove the extra starch and dirt from the potatoes

Take a pan and add oil let it heat a little add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, and onions. Mix them a little and let the onions cook for a minute

Steps for making it

Now to it add coriander powder, salt, turmeric, and red chili powder. Mix them together nicely

 Add potatoes to it and mix it properly and let it cook for a minute

Now will add the cauliflower mix it nicely and cover it. Let them cook nicely for a while until cooked properly

Steps for making it

In an Instant pot add washed Urad dal, Red beans, Salt, Turmeric, Mustard oil, crushed garlic, and hot water. Cover the lid and let it cook on pressure cooker mode.

Take a pan and add oil to it add Cumin seeds, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander powder, and onions. Mix them together and let the onions roast. Now add tomatoes mix it a little and add Red Chili powder. Let it nicely cook for a while.

Steps for making it

Now let's add dal makhani masala and garam masala mix it well and put this masala into the cooked dal

Add the cooked tempering onto the dal give it a mix and add milk to it mix it together nicely and let it cook for a while
