INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Urad dal

Red beans Rajma/ Kidney beans

water

Ginger

Cumin seeds

Coriander seeds

Asafetida

salt

olive oil

Bay leaves

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Fenugreek powder

garlic paste

ginger paste

large onion chopped

Red Chili powder

Turmeric powder

Tomato paste

Garam Masala

milk

water

Steps ( Preparation )

Take a small bowl. Add urad dal & rajma beans to it.

Wash both the pulses nicely with water. Now take a pressure cooker.

Start instapot mode on add urad dal & red beans to it.

03.

Now take mortar and pestle.

04.

Add ginger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, asafetida, and salt.

05.

Now crush all of it. Put the crushed mixture into the instapot.

Take a pan. Add oil to it

To it add cumin seeds, bay leaves, ginger, garlic, onions, tomato paste, garam masala, water & all spices.

Mix all the ingredients together nicely & cook.

Steps ( Cooking )

Now open the instapot to check that the urad dal & red beans are nicely boiled.

Add the tempering into the instapot. Mix all of it.

05.

And add milk onto it & let it cook. Dal Makhani is ready.
