INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Wheat flour
Oil
Gobi chopped
Green chilli chopped
Cilantro
Onion chopped
Salt
Ajwain
Coriander powder
Kashmiri red chili powder
Black salt
Take the Dough maker or a bowl and add the Wheat flour to it

Add the water accordingly and then make the dough.

In a bowl add chopped Gobi , Green chilli ,Cilantro , Onion chopped & Salt.

Add all these ingredients to make the stuffing Ajwain ,Coriander powder, & Kashmiri red chili powder.

Take the dough and make a dough ball out of it and then make a flat circle.

In the circle add the stuffing

Preheat the pan and on it add the paratha

To it add the oil or butter

Bake the paratha for 4-5 min
05.
Gobhi Paratha is ready to serve with curd, pickle or chutney.
