INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Whole wheat flour
Milk powder
semolina
fennel powder
milk
sugar
water
cardamom powder
Mixed dry fruits
To make this recipe we'll take a bowl & add whole wheat flour, milk powder, semolina, & fennel powder

Mix it all together. Add milk slowly to it & mix it making a fine batter of it.

Let the batter sit for a good amount of time

To make the sugar syrup we'll take a pan & add sugar, water, & cardamom powder

Bring it to a nice rolling boil for the syrup to be ready

Now take a pan add ghee to it warm it up a little & add a scoop full of our batter in the middle.

Let it cook from both sides until it turns crispy & golden brown.

Now take the cooked malpua out and dip it inside the sugar syrup for a while.
