INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Urad Dal – Soaked
Ginger
Cumin Seeds
Dhaniya Powder
Salt
Asafoetida
Sugar
Garam Masala
Tamarind Sauce
Coriander Sauce
Onion Chat Masala
Aloo Bhujia
After Soaking Urad Dal overnight.

Add it to the grinder followed by ginger, Cumin Seeds, & Dhaniya Powder. Grind it all together.

Gently whisk the batter and add Salt and Dhaniya Powder. Mix it together.

Heat the pan add oil, and to it a small portion of batter in a shape of balls and let them fry.

Now take a pan fill it with water add Asafoetida and Salt to it. Mix it properly.

Add Vada to the water & let it sit for a while. Squeeze all the Vadas properly.

Now take a small jar full of Dahi and add Sugar & Salt to it. Mix it together. Pour the Dahi onto the Squeezed Vadas.

Now, garnish it with Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Garam masala, Salt, Dates & tamarind Sauce, Coriander Sauce, Onions, Chat masala, & Aloo Bhujia.

Dahi Vada (Bhalla) is ready.
