Extra Firm Tofu
Finely Chopped Walnuts
Medium Onion White

Cooked Brown Lentils
Dark Soy Sauce
Canned Crushed Tomato

Mash your tofu using a fork and process walnuts and mushrooms separately in a food processor. Then, put it all in a mixing bowl.
Add cooked lentils to the bowl and mix it well with tofu, walnuts, and mushrooms.
Take a frying pan, add some olive oil, and sauté chopped onions.
Now, add the tofu, Walnut, mushroom, and lentil mixture along with oregano, garlic, basil, cayenne pepper, and dark soya sauce to the pan.
Please give it a good stir and let it cook for some minutes, so it's not too moist.
Next, add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes and keep frying until it reaches the desired consistency.
To this, add coconut sugar and sprinkle salt and pepper as per your taste.
Your Vegan Bolognese Sauce is not ready! Serve it over Spaghetti with some fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese on the top.
