INGREDIENTS FOR the recipe
Crushed Walnuts
Canned Chickpea Drain it well
Soy Sauce
Tomato Paste
Vegan Mayonnaise
Hoisin Sauce
Dijon Mustard
Garlic & Onion Powder
Salt
Black Pepper

Liquid Smoke
Couscous
Vital Wheat Gluten
Vegan Barbecue Sauce
Olive Oil

Lettuce
Tomato, Avocado & Pickles Sliced
Vegan Thousand Island Dressing
Take canned chickpeas, soy sauce, & tomato paste into a food processor. Grind it properly.

Transfer it into a bowl & add crushed walnuts to it.

Now, add mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, cooked couscous, & vital wheat gluten into the mixing bowl.

Mix it well & then use your hands to knead it for 10-15 min.

Once it’s done properly, divide it into four sections and make round balls from them.

Then pat them down into a round cutter to give it a nice flat patty shape.

Add olive oil to a frying pan then place your vegan burger patties on it. Brush vegan barbecue sauce onto the top of the patties and fry them for about 5 minutes on medium flame.

Flip them over and do the same on the other side.

Serve your Vegan Hamburgers with lettuce at the base, followed by sliced tomato, cucumber pickles, veggie patty, vegan thousand island dressing, avocado slices, & onion.
