INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Wheat flour
Gobi chopped
green chili chopped
Cilantro
Onion chopped
Salt
Ajwain
Kashmiri red chili powder
Ginger Garlic Paste
Coriander powder
Black salt optional
Take the Dough maker or a bowl and add the Wheat flour to it.

Add the water accordingly and then make the dough.

In a bowl add 2 cups chopped Gobi.

To it add 1 Green chili chopped, 1 cup Cilantro, 2 tbsp Onion chopped, 1 tsp Salt

Add all these ingredients to make the stuffing 1 tsp Ajwain, 1 tsp Jeera, 1 tsp Coriander powder,1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

Then add 1 tsp Black salt optional, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Take the dough and make a dough ball out of it and then make a flat circle

In the circle add the stuffing, Preheat the pan and on it add the paratha

To it add the oil or butter, Bake the paratha for 4-5 min
03.
Gobi Paratha is ready to serve with curd or chutney.
