Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Full fat milk

Ghee

Sugar

Peeled grated carrots

Cashews chopped

Almonds chopped

Raisins

Cardamom Powder

Steps

Take a heavy bottomed skillet or non stick pan. Heat ghee on medium heat.

Add grated carrots and cook them for 4 minutes.Fry while stirring continuously with a spoon.

Add milk to it and mix well Mix it up bring it to a boil on medium heat Keep it for

When the mixture starts boiling, lower the flame Give and cook till the mixture becomes slightly thick. give it about 15 minutes It will take in the middle to prevent it from sticking Keep stirring with a spoon at regular intervals.

Add sugar, cashew pieces and raisins and Mix well. stir continuously Cook till the sugar melts. This will take 4 minutes.

05.

Add cardamom powder, mix well And turn off the gas.

06.

Take out the halwa in a serving bowl and Garnish with chopped almonds.
