INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
– 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
– 1 cup flaxseed meal
– 3/4 cup jaggery powder
– 1 cup almond powder
– 1/4 cup butter & raisins , 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Start by adding butter into a pan and let it melt.
Add flour to it and mix it well nicely until it roasts properly and starts getting fluffy.
Now to it add our flax meal and roast it with the flour.
Time to add almond flour and mix it together with other ingredients nicely so that they all start to stick together.
As the mixture starts getting dry we’ll add our melted butter and mix it properly. Turn down the heat and let it cool down a little but make sure to not stop mixing.
Add cardamom powder, jaggery powder, and raisins now will very neatly mix them all together.
Take a spoon full of mixture and press it tightly into your hands so that it can hold a shape of a ball.
Our FLax seed ladoo(alsi ki pinni) are ready.
