INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
onions chopped
Tomatoes chopped
Cashews
Salt
Poppy seeds
Ginger crushed(optional)
Cardamom seeds
water
INGREDIENTS FOR Tempering
oil
chili powder
Turmeric
Garam masala
Cumin crushed
Kasuri methi
Green Cardamoms
Black cardamom
Thin stick of cinnamon
Bay leaf & cloves
sugar
Whipping cream
INGREDIENTS FOR making kofta
Boiled grated potatoes
Panner crumbled
Corn flour
Raisins
Garam masala
Red chili powder(optional)
salt
Ginger(optional)
Take a pan add onions, tomatoes, cashews, ginger, poppy seeds, salt, cardamom seeds, & water. Let boil nicely

Take a pan add oil to it add all the dry spices, let them sizzle a bit.

Now add cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, & garam masala. Give a mix & add the gravy to it & let it boil

Add water to it & let it boil a bit more , then add sugar to it mix it.

Add whipping cream. As the gravy starts to boil add Kasuri methi & mix it.

Take a pan add potatoes, panner, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger, & corn flour

Mix all the ingredients into making a dough of it. Make the koftas take a small dough

Add a raisin in between & close it from the sides making it in a shaped of a nice ball.

Now, time to fry our koftas take a pan add oil to it then add our balls of koftas to it.

Let them cook from all the sides ,Take a serving bowl add gravy to it and our koftas on top and serve.

Our malai koftas are ready.
