How To Make Lemon Rice In Tamil style

Lemon rice is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for a quick diwali dinner. This dish is made by combining lemon juice, rice, and roasted peanuts. It is a great way to finish your meal.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Oil

Peanut

chana dal

Urad dal

Curry leaves & Green chilies

Jeera

Mustard seeds

Turmeric

Red chili powder

Salt

Coriander & lemon Squeeze

Steps For Preparation

In a frying pan. Add oil to it

Then add chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, jeera, mustard seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, salt

Add green chilies. Mix all the ingredients together.

To it add rice and mix all of it properly. Add roasted peanuts on the top. Garnish it with coriander. 

05.

Squeeze half a lemon to the Basmati rice. Let it cook properly. Serve it hot.

Add pakoras into the boiled curry. Let it cook for a while.
