INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Besan

Red Chilli Powder

Garam masala

Salt

Coriander powder

Cumin Seeds

Asafoetida

Carom Seeds

Water

Potatoes chopped

Green Chilies chopped

INGREDIENTS FOR Tempering

Onion chopped

Butter Milk

Turmeric powder

Oil

Red Chilly dry

Cumin Seeds

Garlic

Ginger

Onions

Coriander powder

Steps For Preparation

Take a bowl. Add Besan, Red chilly powder, Garam masala, Salt, Coriander powder, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, and Carom seeds.

Mix it all together. Add water to it and mix it nicely.

To it add thinly sliced potatoes, Onions, & Green chilies. Mix it together with hands.

Pakora mixture is ready. Take a pot. Add some buttermilk to it.

To it add salt, Turmeric powder, and besan. Mix it properly.

Butter Milk is ready for Kadhi.

Steps For Cooking

Take a pan. Add oil to it.

To it add Asafoetida, Dry red chili, Cumin seeds, Garlic, Ginger, and Onions.Give it a mix.

02.

Add Coriander powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red chilly powder, Garam masala, and buttermilk mixture.

03.

To it add water and bring it to a boil.

04.

Add pakoras into the boiled curry. Let it cook for a while.

05.

Our Kadhi Pakora is ready.
