Chilli Soya Chunks Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

Bay leaf

Ginger Garlic Crushed

Dark soy sauce

Salt

Green chilies

Sugar

Nutrela ( Soya Chunks )

Vinegar

Dark soy sauce

Green chili sauce

Red chili sauce

Tomato sauce

Red chili powder

Corn starch

olive oil

Sesame oil

Veggies Chopped

Spring Onions

Steps 

Take a pan. We’ll take these soya nuggets to make soya chili. Let’s boil our water. As the water starts to boil nicely we will add a bay leaf to it. Time to add our ginger garlic crushed.

Now will be adding dark soya sauce, salt, green chilies & sugar. Now it’s time to add our nutrela into it and let it boil. Also, we’ll be adding a little bit of vinegar.

Time to make our sauce. Add Dark soy sauce, Green chili sauce, Red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix all the sauces together properly.

Here we have our Nutrela boiled nicely drain all the excess water from it.

For coating, we’ll add red chili powder and corn starch to our boiled nutrela. Mix it properly.

It’s time to fry our coated nutrela. Once it starts getting a nice crispy texture from outside that means it’s done and we’ll take it out.

Now for tempering, we’ll add olive oil and sesame oil. Add ginger garlic crushed, chopped red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, ginger, and spring onions & give it a nice mix.

Our Soya Chili is ready to enjoy. Serve it hot with fried rice, plain rice & noodles.
