Ingredients for Making Methi Paratha
– Thin pizza base
– Handful of spinach
– Makhani gravy
– 1/2 cup chickpeas boiled
– 1 bowl mozzarella cheese
– 1 tsp channa masala
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp salt , cumin powder & – 1 tsp oil
For making channa masala we’ll take a pan and add oil to it add cumin powder, salt, and channa masala. Give it a quick mix.
Now let’s add our boiled chickpeas and mix them well so that all the spices get mixed properly add red chili powder and give it a mix.
To it will add a spoon full of makhani gravy mix it well add two spoons of water and mix it. Our Channa masala is ready.
Now let’s make our pizza for it we’ll use our makhani gravy and will apply a thin layer all over it as a base.
Let’s top it up with spinach leaves and to it add a thin layer of mozzarella cheese followed by chickpeas and jalapenos all over it.
Time to put it in the oven for that we’ll pre-heat the oven to 550 degrees and as we put the pizza in will reduce it to 475 degrees. Bake it for 5-7 minutes or until it’s done.
Our pizza is ready to top up with small baby spinach leaves, vegan ranch, and garlic cilantro dip.
