INGREDIENTS FOR THE Recipe
Black Tea Leaves
Take a sauce pan & add two cups of water
Add a teaspoon of black tea leaves & bring it to boil.
Simmer well for 3 minutes and for strong flavor for 5 minutes switch off the flame
Strain the black tea into a cup. let it lukewarm.
Add few drops of lemon extract and add honey while consuming it. Our Black tea is ready to serve hot.
Consuming Dark tea 30 min before feast can help with weight reduction to specific degree.
It boosts immunity and also lowers the risk of diabetes.
It aids in weight loss if the drink is consumed plain without sugar
