Vegetable Lasagna is a delicious Italian dish that is made with pasta and white sauce. This dish is simple to make and perfect for any meal. With its fresh ingredients and creamy sauce, it's sure to be a hit! So let's get started..
INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Salt
8 sheets Lasagna
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Crushed
White Onions Chopped
Zucchini
Carrots Frozen
Green Bell Pepper Chopped
Mushroom
Pasta Pizza Seasoning
Mixed Herbs
INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Garlic Salt
Chili flakes
Cottage cheese
Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
White sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Pasta Pizza Seasoning
Pizza Blend Cheese
Take a pan. Add water to it and let it boil.

Once the water starts to boil add salt to it and to it add our Lasagna sheets and let them boil.

Take another pan. Add some extra virgin olive oil to it.

To it add Garlic, & white Onion and mix it a bit.

Add Zucchini, frozen Carrots, & Green Bell Pepper. Mix it all together nicely.

Add salt, mix it cover it, and let it cook for a while.

To it add Mushrooms, Pasta Pizza Seasoning, Mixed Herbs, Garlic Salt, and chili flakes.

Mix it nicely and let it cook.

Pasta is boiled take the sheets out and put them in cold water.

Now add Italian seasoning into cottage cheese and mix it well.

Now take a lasagna tray.

Add Italian Seasoning to it and give it a mix. To layer up the pan add Marinara sauce on the base, line it up with lasagna sheets to it add cottage cheese, Mozarella, some Parmesan Cheese

A layer of veggies, topping it up with a white sauce, adding another layer of white Cheese & Parmesan & Herbs in the middle, layer it up with another layer of sheets, some more Marinara, a light layer of veggies &adding all the leftover cheese.

Cover it with Aluminum foil and let it bake at @350*F for 30 minutes.

Then take the Aluminum foil off and let it bake for another 10 minutes.

Our Vegetable Lasagna is ready.
