INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE
Poha
Oil
Peanut
Curry Leaves
Potatoes Chopped
Onions Chopped
Mustard Seeds
Salt
Green Chili
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Lemon
Cilantro
Take a bowl. Add poha to it. To it add water and wash it nicely.

Take a frying pan. Add oil to it. To it add peanuts and let them fry.

After they are fried take them out and add a bit of oil to the pan.

To it add Asafoetida, curry leaves, chana dal, & potatoes.
04.
Give them a little mix & let it cook for a while.
05.
To it add onions, Mustard seeds, salt, and green chilies.

To it add turmeric powder, red chili powder, & salt. Mix them

Add all the washed poha on it. On top of it add cilantro, peanuts.
08.
Squish a lemon on it give it a mix. Poha is Ready
