Ingredients for Making Baingan Bharta

EggPlant ( Bhaingan Bharta)

Oil

Red Chilli

Cumin

Dhaniya powder

Ginger Crushed

Fresh Green Chili

Onion sliced

Tomatoes

salt

Ghee

Steps for Preparation

Take a large eggplant. Make a cut in it.

Put it in an air fryer or directly on the gas. Peel off the skin. Cut the eggplant.

Steps for Cooking

Take a Pan Add oil, Red chiles, cumin, and dhaniya powder. Mix it all together.

Then, Add ginger, Green chili, Add onions, and tomato. Cook it nicely.

Add salt, and red chili. Add eggplant to it.

Mix and mash it properly.

Our Baingan Bharta is ready and Add ghee to it. Serve it hot.
