Ingredients for making Annakoot Vegetables

Potatoes

Brinjals

Cauliflower

Beans

Radish

Carrot

Gourds

Okra

Ingredients for making Annakoot Vegetables Spices

Green coriander (finely chopped)

Salt

Amchur powder

Coriander powder

Red chili powder

Turmeric powder

Cumin

Asafoetida

Oil

Green fenugreek (finely chopped)

Green chilies

Ginger

Steps 

To make annakoot ki sabzi, first of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly by keeping them in a vessel.

01.

When the water of the vegetable dries up, then chop all the vegetables finely.

02.

After chopping all the vegetables, peel and cut the gourd and banana.

03.

Now wash it again with clean water.

04.

When all the vegetables are well-dusted, leave it there for a while.

05.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas.

06.

When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it.

07.

When the asafoetida and cumin seeds are roasted

08.

add turmeric powder & coriander powder and roast it for some time.

09.

Now add green chili, & ginger & fry the spices again for a while.

10.

When the masala is roasted well, add chopped vegetables to it.

11.

When the vegetables are roasted well, add salt, red chili powder and add 1 cup of water and cover it with a vessel and let it cook on low flame.

12.

When the vegetables are lightly cooked, then add tomatoes, garam masala, amchur powder & green coriander & switch off the gas. In this way, Annakoot vegetables will be ready.
