INGREDIENTS FOR the recipe
Olive oil
Asafoetida pinch
Cumin Seeds
Ginger, garlic chopped/ paste
onions
Salt & Garam masala
Turmeric & Red chili powder
Potatoes
tomato Puree
Green eggplant
Take a pan. Add oil to it.

To it add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger & garlic, onions, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder.

To it add potatoes and tomatoes.

Mix all the ingredients together. To it add eggplant and mix all of it nicely.

Cover it and let it cook for a while.

Add garam masala on the top and let it cook for a minute.
