INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

– 10-15 black pepper

– 1 tsp carom seeds

– 1 small cinnamon stick

– 1 thumb ginger

– 5-6 cloves

– 1 tsp fennel seeds

Steps 

To make this herbal tea we’ll need black pepper, carom seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and fennel seeds.

Take a glass.-Squeeze half lemon into it & To it add honey and turmeric to it.

Pour hot water into it & Mix all the ingredients with a spoon nicely. Our weight loss tea is ready.
