Kuttu ki poori is specially made for fasting like Navaratri, Janmashtami, Shivaratri, Ekadashi, and other religious fasting and celebrations.

Buckwheat is a gluten-free grain so good for health too. Kuttu ka atta is the preferred one among all the flours so I have a liking of this kuttu flour and often make poori, paratha from kuttu atta.

Kuttu or Singhada flour made from the seeds of the fruits and hence are not true cereals. kuttu ki poori has many benefits such as these cereals provide a complete and satisfactory meal while fasting during the auspicious nine days.

This is my kuttu ki receipe hope you all love it.
