These ingredients are very much available in every home and if not can easily be bought. This Chutney is easy-to-make, quick, and super refreshing, and can easily be preserved for future use for about a week in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for this summer season.

This recipe is not only delicious but contains a good amount of health benefits too so, it is purely safe for your kids as well as adults to have with their meals on a regular day. The sugar, even though in small amounts, really balances out the tangier spiciness and adds a third sweet dimension to its taste.   • Grinder


  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 little green mangoes
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp. salt


  • To make Instant Green Mango Chutney/ Salsa we’ll take Cilantro, Green Mangoes, Ginger, Green Chilies, and Salt (If the Mangoes aren’t very tangy, we can add little Lemon and Sugar to it).
  • Next, we have need to Chop all the ingredients nicely.
  • Add all the chopped ingredients, Salt and Sugar in the Grinder and grind them together.
