Ingredients required for making aloo tikki recipe:

  • 2 potato boiled chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kuttu Atta
  • 2 Green chilies Chopped
  • Cilantro Accordingly
  • Cumin seeds
  • Carom Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Chaat masala
  • Kasuri Methi

  • Bowl
  • Frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 potato boiled chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kuttu Atta
  • 2 Green chilies Chopped
  • Cilantro Accordingly
  • Cumin seeds
  • Carom Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Chaat masala
  • Kasuri Methi

Instructions
 

  • Preparation
    -Take a bowl.
    -Add bolied potatoes, Kuttu Atta, Green chilies, cilantro accordingly, cumin seeds, carom seeds, red chili powder, salt, chaat masala, Kasuri Methi crush it and then add it.
    -Mix all the ingredients and firmly mash the potatoes.
  • Cooking
    -In a frying pan.
    -Add oil to it give it a minute or two.
    – Meanwhile, give mixture a shape of tikki.
    – Add Tikki in the pan let it nicely cook from both sides until its golden brown.
