Sesame seeds have many health benefits and is being used in folk medicines for nearly thousand of years. These are said to be excellent source of calcium and manganese both of which helps in growing our bones healthy and strong. May help in lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, knee pain, etc…including sesame seeds in our food is always a good and healthy option.
Ingredients for making the til mawa ladoo recipe are down below-
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup mawa
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. raisins(optional)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
The steps for making the til mawa ladoo recipe are down below-

Step-1 To make sesame mawa ladoo (pugga) we’ll need sesame seeds, mawa, sugar, raisins, and cardamom powder.

Step-2 Take a pan heat it a little and add sesame seeds to it let the seeds warm a little so that it can be easy to crush them.

Step-3 Now add the warm seeds into the mortar and lightly crush them with a pestle add our crushed seeds to a bowl.

Step-4 Let’s microwave our mawa for 35 seconds and then add it to the sesame.

Step-5 To it add sugar and cardamom powder. Give it all a nice mix until everything is blended together.

Step-6 Now to make the laddoos take a spoon full of mixture press it into your hands gently from the top and add a raisin in the middle and press it again.

Step-7 Our sesame mawa ladoo is ready.
