  • 1/2 Loaf of any Sturdy Bread *slightly stale*
  • 1/4 cup of Olive Oil (60ml)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil

For preparing salad:

  • 1 Large Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup of Parsley
  • 1/4 cup of Vegan Parmesan Cheese

For salad dressing:

  • Vegan Caesar Dressing

STEP 1: Cut squares out of the bread and mix them with olive oil, salt, oregano, and basil in a large bowl. Place the coated bread cubes on a parchment lined baking tray. Preheat the oven at 375 °F (190 °C).
