Ingredients required for making homemade vegan ice cream recipes:

For making Cashew Milk at home:
- 1 cup of Raw Cashews (150g) (Soaked in hot water for one hour)
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp Water (270ml)
For making Ice Cream:
- 2 cups of Homemade Cashew Milk (480ml)
- 1 cup of Canned Coconut Milk (240ml) (Full Fat & Unsweetened)
- 1 cup of Granulated White Sugar (200g)
- 1/4 cup Water (60ml)
- 3/4 cup of Cacao Butter (100g) (Finely Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (55g)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

STEP 1: Put your ice cream machine bowl in the freezer the day before you want to create ice cream. and Take a bowl and add cashews to it to make your cashew milk at home. Soak them in boiling water for one hour.

STEP 2: Strain the cashews after an hour and put them in a blending jar with 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of fresh cold water. Process them until it turns smooth and creamy.

STEP 3: Now, transfer your homemade cashew milk and coconut milk into a big bowl and keep it aside.

STEP 4: Add sugar and a quarter cup of water to a saucepan. Stir it well until it is completely melted. If the wooden spoon does not make a scratching sound at the bottom, then it’s melted.

STEP 5: To this, add coconut oil, cacao butter, and salt. Mix it well until it melts.
