- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste (130g)
- 14 ounces of Canned Crushed Tomato (400ml)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Salt and Pepper

STEP 1: First, mash your tofu using a fork and process walnuts and mushrooms separately in a food processor. Then, put it all in a mixing bowl.

STEP 2: Add cooked lentils to the bowl and mix it well together with tofu, walnuts, and mushrooms.

STEP 3: Take a frying pan, add some olive oil, and sauté chopped onions.

STEP 4: Now, add the tofu, Walnut, mushroom, and lentil mixture along with oregano, garlic, basil, cayenne pepper, and dark soya sauce to the pan. Please give it a good stir and let it cook for some minutes, so it’s not too moist.

STEP 5: Next, add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes and keep frying until it reaches the desired consistency.
