There are several kinds of rolls- depending on what individuals like as stuffing. You can make these addictive golden brown cheese potato rolls with goodness for your guests or your family at the weekend.

 About the Potato and Cheese Bread Roll Recipe

These beautiful cheese balls are very to make and have an awesome taste, and all you need is some basic ingredients. Trust me; once you try homemade cheese bread balls, you will forget the frozen ones. It is the perfect combination of potato and cheese spiced up with garam masala. So, here is our Quick Bread Roll Recipe.

Different types of Bread Balls/Rolls

People really enjoy eating bread rolls, but it might not always be the same for everyone. There are several types of bread rolls or balls, whatever you like to call your delicacy.

  • Mexican Bread Roll
  • Cheesy Maggi Bread Roll
  • Veggie Bread Roll (Stuffed with Cabbage, Carrot, etc.)
  • Corn Bread Roll
  • Moong Dal Roll
  • Paneer Bread Roll

Ingredients for making this potato and cheese bread roll recipe:

  • 3 Potatoes Boiled
  • Cilantro Crushed
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Green Chilies Crushed
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Bread

Stepwise instruction with images how to make this potato and cheese bread roll recipe:

Instructions

Mash Potatoes nicely to make Potato and Cheese Bread Roll.
(Step-1) To make Potato and Cheese bread balls we’ll take small potatoes and mash them lightly.
Adding spices, herbs and mash them together.
(Step-2)To this, we will add Cilantro, Black Pepper, Dhaniya Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Salt, and Green Chillies. Mix them all together nicely.
Add cheese to make Potato and Cheese bread roll.
(Step-3) Add Cheddar Cheese to the mixture and mash it well our Mixture is ready.
Cut the edges from all sides of bread.
(Step-4) Take four slices of bread and cut the edges of them.
Filling the bread with the mixture.
(Step-5) Take one slice of bread dap it with water from both sides and add the filling in the middle.
Nicely seal edges from all the sides.
(Step-6) Then nicely seal the edges from all the sides to make it in a shape of a ball.
Frying them until they cook properly.
(Step-7) Now let’s cook them until they are golden and crispy from both sides.
(Step-8) Our Potato and Cheese bread balls are ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Potatoes Boiled
  • Cilantro Crushed
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Green Chilies Crushed
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Slices Bread

Instructions
 

  • Preparation
    -Take three boiled Potatoes.
    -Mash them add Cilantro, Black Pepper, Dhaniya Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Salt, and Green Chillies.
    -Mash all the ingredients properly.
    -To it add Cheddar Cheese and mix it together.
    -Our Filling is ready.
    -Now take four slices of Bread.
    -Cut the edges of them.
    -Now take a slice of bread dab water on both the sides of it properly followed by the rest three slices of bread.
    -To it add our Filling in between and properly seal it in a shape of a ball making sure no filling is visible.
  • Cooking
    -Now let's fry them.
    -Take a frying pan.
    -Add oil to it and let it heat for a while on a medium flame.
    -Add our Balls to it and let them cook properly.
    -Cook from both sides until they turn golden and crispy.
    -Our Potato and Cheese Bread Balls are ready.
