How to cook restaurant-style Aloo Baingan at home:

Step 1: Add olive oil to the pan

Step 2: Add asafetida, cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions,

Step 3: Add salt, turmeric, red cilli powder and mix

Step 4: To it add potatoes

Step 5: Mix them with the masalas properly

Step 6: Add tomato puree to it

Step 7: Add chopped brinjals

Step 8: Add garam masala and mix all the things

Step 9: Them put them in a cover them and cook for 10-15 mins

  • Cooking
    -Take a pan.
    -Add oil to it.
    -To it add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger&garlic, onions, and salt.
    -Mix all the ingredients together.
    -Add turmeric powder, red chili powder.
    -To it add potatoes and tomatoes.
    -Mix all the ingredients together.
    -To it add eggplant and mix all of it icely.
    -Cover it and let it cook for a while.
    -Add garam masala on the top and let it cook for a minute.
    -Restaurant-style Aloo baingan is ready.
