Down below I have shown you stepwise instructions of how to make Vegetable Lasagna:

Adding pasta sheet into boiling water.
In the boiling water add salt, to it add our Lasagna sheets and let them boil.
Adding veggies and salt and let them cook.
Add some extra virgin olive oil, to it add Garlic, White Onion, Zucchini, Frozen Carrots, Green Bell Peppers, and Salt. Mix them all together cover and let them cook for a while.
Adding herbs, spices and letting the veggies cook for that perfect filling of Vegetable Lasagna.
Now will add Mushrooms, Pasta Pizza Seasoning, mixed Herbs, Garlic Salt, and Chili Flakes mix it all together, and let it cook for a while.
Taking out the boiled pasta into cold water.
Pasta is boiled now we’ll take the sheets out and pour them in cold water to calm them a bit.
Adding different layers of veggies, sauces, cheese and herbs into lasagna tray.
Add Italian Seasoning to it and give it a mix. To layer up the pan add Marinara sauce on the base, line it up with lasagna sheets to it add cottage cheese, add Mozarella, some Parmesan Cheese, a layer of veggies, topping it up with a generous amount of white sauce, adding another thin layer of white Cheese and Parmesan, adding Herbs in the middle, layer it up with another layer of sheets, some more Marinara, a light layer of veggies, Cottage cheese on top, some Parmesan, Mozarella, Herbs, layering it again with sheets, topped with Marinara, and adding all the leftover cheese.
Vegetable Lasagna is ready.
Cover it with Aluminum foil for 30 minutes of baking then remove the foil and bake it more for 10 minutes. And our Vegetable Lasagna is ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 8 sheets Lasagna
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 spoon Garlic Crushed
  • 1 cup White Onions Chopped
  • Zucchini
  • 2 cup Carrots Frozen
  • 2 cups Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • Pasta Pizza Seasoning
  • Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Cottage cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • White sauce
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Pasta Pizza Seasoning
  • Pizza Blend Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preparing
    -Take a pan.
    -Add water to it and let it boil.
    -Once the water starts to boil add salt to it and to it add our Lasagna sheets and let them boil.
    -Take another pan.
    -Add some extra virgin olive oil to it.
    -To it add Garlic, white Onion and mix it a bit.
    -Add Zucchini, frozen Carrots, and Green Bell Pepper. Mix it all together nicely.
    -Add salt, mix it cover it, and let it cook for a while.
    To it add Mushrooms, Pasta Pizza Seasoning, Mixed Herbs, Garlic Salt, and chili flakes.
    -Mix it nicely and let it cook.
    -Pasta is boiled take the sheets out and put them in cold water.
    -Now add Italian seasoning into cottage cheese and mix it well.
    -Now take a lasagna tray.
    -Add Marinara sauce to the base spread it properly, to it add lasagna sheets, add some cottage cheese on top, followed by Mozzarella Cheese, add veggies nicely making sure all areas are covered properly, followed by white sauce, a thin layer of cheese, Pasta Pizza Seasoning, lasagna sheets, some more Marinara sauce spread it nicely, a light layer of Veggies, followed by Cottage cheese, Parmesan Cheese, little herbs, lasagna sheets, Marinara sauce, cheese, Parmesan Mozzarella cheese, and Pizza Blend Cheese.
  • Baking
    -Cover it with Aluminium foil and let it bake @350*F for 30 minutes.
    -Then take the Aluminium foil off and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
    -Our Vegetable Lasagna is ready.
