Ingredients required for making achari pizza recipe

  • 10 ounces Pizza Dough HomeMade
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Achar (Indian Pickle)
  • 4 tbsp Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 Red Jalapeno Peppers Marinated
  • 400 gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Recommended Haldiram as it is soft and delicious

Pizza Preparation

  • Take the Dough and Roll it to a circular shape with 18 inches diameter
  • Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet
  • Apply some Olive oil to the rolled dough, followed by a nice layer of marinara sauce and your favorite Indian pickle ( I recommend Mango or mixed pickle)
  • Apply a thin layer of Cheese (as per your preference recommend a pizza cheese blend)
  • Now is the time to add the marinated toppings
  • For extra spice add a sliced red jalapeno pepper

Bake the Pizza

  • Bake the pizza for 5 mins at 500 F or 260 C
