Cajun macaroni and cheese take comfort food to a new level! This dish is delicious and so easy to prepare. My family loves baked macaroni and cheese so this doesn’t last long when I make it. The more the cheese the better it gets I don’t know about you but I am a strong believer in these words, not only my children but adults of my family too enjoy when I make Cajun macaroni pasta I mean what’s not to like.
Unlike creamy macaroni pasta, baking creates a crispy topping that can be so addictive! Add your favorite veggies which you want/ you and your family prefer to make it even more delicious and mouth-watering. This is a vegan macaroni pasta recipe that I’m sure everyone is known and fond of. I like to top it up with cheese balls and small tomatoes to get that creamy and tangy flavor which I love the most.
Perfectly cooked pasta covered in a creamy cheese sauce, veggies, cherry tomatoes, and mac and cheese is the perfect kid-friendly recipe! This is an easy to carry around dish which can be easily packed and can be eaten outdoor but with only one downfall of it. That the cheese will not remain the same as it will get thicker with time.

Steps of how to make this recipe

Step 1: To make Cajun Macaroni Pasta we’ll take a pan add butter to it add white flour and give it a mix.

Step-2 Add Chili flakes, garlic, milk, and salt. Mix it all together nicely on a low flame. Our white sauce is ready.

Step-3 Take a pan add butter to it add crushed garlic, onions, asparagus, broccoli, ginger, green chili, red jalapeno, salt, black pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients properly.

Step-4 Add marinara sauce, white sauce, and boiled macaroni mix all of the nicely.

Step-5 Add Cajun seasoning, basil leaves, whipping cream, Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and cheese balls. Bake it for 5 minutes.
Serve it hot with garlic bread, soft drink, etc.. anything you like. Enjoy!

Instructions
- Cooking-Take a pan.-Add butter to it.-To it add whiteflour and nicely mix it up.-Add chili flakes, garlic, milk, and salt.-Let it boil for a while.-White sauce is ready.-Now take another pan.-Add butter to it.-To it add crushed garlic, onions, asparagus, broccoli, ginger, green chilies, red jalapenos, salt, black pepper, and tomatoes.-Give it a mix.-Add marinara sauce and mix it together.-Add white sauce nicely mix it with all the ingredients.-To it add Macaroni.-Add cajun seasoning and basil leaves on top and mix them together.-Some whipping cream, cover it whole with mozzarella and add a few cooked tomatoes on top.-Add cheese balls and let the whole bake.-Cajun macaroni pasta is ready.
