- A small stick of cinnamon

- 5-6 cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds

Step-1 To make this herbal tea we’ll need black pepper, carom seeds, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and fennel seeds.

Step-2 Now with the help of a mortar and pestle I will crush all of the spices all together and then will add ginger and crush it with everything else.

Step-3 Take a pan add 3 cups of water to it and let it boil as it comes to a boil add all the crushed spices.

Step-4 Now let them boil until the color starts to turn brown and a nice strong scent starts comings that are when it’s done but if you like to have a little more strong you can boil it even more.

Step-5 Our homemade ancient herbal tea is ready.
