- 1 cup fenugreek leaves washed and chopped
- 1 cup sweet mini frozen peas
- 10 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- Cumin powder
- Asafoetida
- Paprika
- 1 tbsp. ginger crushed
- 1 tbsp. green chili crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup water
Steps

Step-1 To make this recipe we’ll need fenugreek leaves, sweet peas, heavy whipping cream, cumin powder, asafoetida, paprika, ginger, green chilies, olive oil, bay leaf, water, and salt.

Step-2 Now take a pan and pre-heat it add olive oil and then to it add a bay leaf, cumin powder, and asafoetida. Give it a little mix.

Step-3 Time to add ginger, green chilies, salt, paprika, and peas. Mix them all together really nicely and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step-4 Add fenugreek to the pan then give it a quick mix and cover it for a while.

Step-5 After a minute open the lid as the fenugreek gets partially cooked we’ll add our whipping cream and water on the top and mix them all together.

Step-6 Give it a stir a let it cook for a minute.
