How to make high protein eggless chocolate cake
Making a high protein and eggless cake that too “healthy” can be difficult but this cake is both sweet, fudgy, delicious, and healthy and the nutritional value is crazy. For those who’ve never experienced this wonder, it’s basically a chocolate lover’s heaven! which everyone deserves to have once in their life. Filled with lots of different flour, cocoa, milk, oils, and more makes it the perfect and the most healthy dessert you will have.
You can customize the filling in your own preferred way if you want to add crushed dry fruits, choco chips, etc.. in between or you want anything else you can go for it I like to keep it healthy and simple as it tastes wonders this way. You can have a slice of this cake whenever you feel like it, or really just any time of the day when you need a healthy dose of chocolate.
This chocolate protein cake is really easy to put together the ingredients are fairly simple as well. Making it an easy-to-make recipe with all the basic ingredients which you’ll find either at your home or at the nearest grocery shop near you.

High protein chocolate cake
- Baking pan
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Sattu flour
- 1/8 cup Milled flaxseed
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- Powdered sugar
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Preparing-Take a bowl.-Add sugar to it.-To it add walnut oil, lemon juice, vanilla, and water.-Now mix all the ingredients.-Now add different types of flour, whole wheat flour, sattu flour, flaxseed, almond flour, cocoa flour, baking soda, and baking powder.-And mix all of it nicely.-And little water if needed for the proper consistency.-Our mixture is ready.
- Baking-Now take a baking pan.-Add butter paper everywhere so that the batter doesn't stick.-Now add whole of the mixture nicely.-And put the pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.-After 35 minutes take the cake out and use a wooden toothpick or small wooden stick to check if the cake is cooked inside out.-If the stick comes out to be dry that means it's cooked.-Remove the paper and slice the top of the cake.-Now let's flip the cake.-Remove the paper and dust sugar on top.-And sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.-High protein chocolate cake is ready.
